How can students download the Office 365 software?

Answer

University of Pretoria in coordination with Microsoft is offering Office 365 Pro Plus to students and staff at UP for download and install.

Support and instructions are maintained by the Department of IT Services through the UP Service Management Automation (SMAX) platform and can be accessed at the following links:

  3. Report Microsoft office 365 Issues

If you still experience problems, please call the Department of IT Services at 012 420 3051 or email them at help@it.up.ac.za. Remember to always provide your student number when communicating.
